This stunning 7-piece band, featuring lead singers Michael Murphy and Rebecca Wright, are headlining this year’s event and are sure to send us into the festive season with a bang! With a set jam-packed with hits that you’ll know and love, we’ll be rounding the night out in party mode and will be energised and ready for Christmas!
DAN SHARP
Local singer-songwriter, Dan Sharp, is fast becoming one of New Zealand’s most distinctive voices. Based in Tauranga, his music is courageous, thoughtful and disarmingly honest, with vocals that range from gravely ruggedness to tender velvet. His own take and twists on popular songs will also provide a whirlwind of hits for us to sing and dance along to, and his guitar and stomp-box skills will blow you away!
MARMALADE SKIES
Armed with an iconic kiwi vocal, groovy rhythms, and surfy guitar licks, it’s obvious Marmalade Skies are a summer playlist staple. The young, indie-rock band from Tauranga have been making waves in the local scene, having supported acts like Summer Thieves, The Feelers and Lazy Ghost. With slick musicianship and a sound that is the perfect match for summer, they’ll be providing absolute fun in the sun this ANBC!
